By accessing the RemoClaw website, joining the RemoDock launch list, requesting early access, or using any RemoClaw product, you agree to these placeholder terms. A full, jurisdiction-specific Terms of Service will be published before any general-availability launch.
What RemoClaw Is
RemoClaw is the AI action engine behind RemoGPT and RemoDock. It routes voice and chat commands through a permissioned, approval-driven execution layer. RemoClaw is not a real estate broker, mortgage lender, attorney, or financial advisor. RemoClaw does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use RemoClaw products in compliance with applicable laws and the rules of the platforms RemoClaw connects to. You will not use RemoClaw to redistribute protected MLS data, send unauthorized communications, or perform actions you are not licensed or permitted to perform.
Approvals
Important actions, including paid campaigns, payments, and other higher-risk workflows, can require explicit dashboard approval. You remain responsible for the actions you authorize through RemoClaw.
Beta and Preview Products
RemoDock, RemoClaw National, and related developer previews are early-stage products. Features may change, break, or be removed during this period. Do not rely on preview products for production-critical workflows without explicit written confirmation.
Intellectual Property
RemoClaw, RemoDock, RemoGPT, and related marks are trademarks of RemoGroup. The website content is provided for informational purposes during the public awareness phase.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemoClaw and RemoGroup are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or early-access products.
